Speed Dating๐Ÿ˜Š

I know a lot of people won’t have anything to do on the 14th and may just be looking to have good time(like me), soooo, I have something for you, out of the goodness of my heart and the love I have for all the people that take the time to read, leave comments and like my posts, I ย doing my very first giveaway!!!!

It’s not huge, but it’s something I hope you like or are interested in. It’s speed dating and the reason I’m excited about this one is because you bring books and you exchange with your partner(just for a while, don’t worry you don’t have to give your books out, it gave me a fright too) which I find refreshing and cool. It’s the best ice-breaker and conversation starter and also gives you a better idea of the person’s personality and efficiently helps you decide immediately if you like the person or not! It’s amazing!

This is how the give away will go:

1. Read the post(obviously๐Ÿ˜‚)

2. Drop a comment, good or bad, who cares(just joking let it be good o) it’s not on a first come first serve basis, but, the more you wash in your comment, the greater your chances of winning(this is expo o, if you drop comments on other posts too……just know I am seeing you)

3. Tweet about the event and giveaway tag me @kome_obi and @booksbarterng, also it’s not by most retweets, but, the more the retweets the greater your chances of winning too o

4. Post on instagram and tag me too (if you don’t have instagram use facebook, if you don’t have twitter also use facebook)

P. S – you don’t have to follow me, buttttttt, it won’t hurt if you do right ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

And for all those that have eyes but didn’t read the banner, food and drinks will be given ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  1. To be very honest, I actually really like this blog. Initially this was the last place I’d come to douse my boredom but it’s a lot better now. There are lots of articles I can relate with and the author has a spicy personality๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜.
About speed dating, hmmmm. I’ve always been skeptical, mainly because Nigerian girls are just too spontaneous. (Those who have read the “missing pot of stew” story would understand). My pastor also warned that the number of Mermaid spirits looking for destinies to capture has increased and we should be very careful. However, the fact that it’s with books would atleast allow an individual to slightly discern the personalities of the participants (Anyone holding “Adventures by the water” by Cole Gregson is probably a Mermaid spirit, so beware๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ™… ).
    I’m looking forward to it.
    Keep up the good work๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
